Cranberry & Cream Cheese Salsa
(I can't take credit for this delicous recipe. It's from my friend, Kylie, who could give Martha Stewart a run for her money. Thanks for the recipe Kylie. I think of you every time I make it!)
Bottom Layer
Mix 8 oz Cream Cheese with
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
In the Food Processer combine:
12 oz. Fresh Cranberries
3-4 Green Onions
1 tsp. Minced Garlic
1 tsp Salt
1/2 bunch Cilantro
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Limes, juiced at room temp.
1 medium Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped (use less if you want it more mild)

Spread over the cream cheese layer and eat with tortilla chips.
