Gourmet Burgers
(It's no secret I have always loved hamburgers and now that we live in a state that doesn't believe in juicy hamburger stands I am working on making juicy burgers at home. I did try taking a picture when I made these but the photo didn't look so good of my dripping, sloppy, but very delicious hamburger.)
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
1 tsp. minced garlic
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. (or more) Liquid Smoke
Lawry's seasoning salt
In a large bowl, combine the ingredients and shape into flat patties (makes about 6 quarter lb. patties). For best results, barbecue. Top with Swiss cheese and mushrooms, or ham and pineapple, or pastrami, or whatever you like!
