40 oz. frozen corn (I like the frozen white corn from Costco)
18 oz. whipping cream, divided
2 tsp. salt
8 tsp. sugar
2 pinches white cayenne pepper
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
In a large pot, combine everything except flour and 2 oz. whipping cream. Bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes. Blend with 2 oz. cream and add to corn to thicken.
