Note: This recipe makes a lot, but can easily be halved.
1/2 cup luke-warm water
2 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
6 Cups flour (I like to use 1 or 2 cups of wheat flour in the 6 cups)
4 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups water
Combine luke-warm water, yeast, and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Make sure you add enough flour, but not too much, as you want a soft dough. Mix all ingredients together well and knead. After kneading well, let rise about an hour or until double in bulk. Roll dough out and put on greased baking pan. This amount of dough will make one very thick pizza on a large cookie sheet of 2 thin crust pizzas. Top with pizza sauce and desired toppings. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes, on bottom rack, until edges of dough are golden brown.

So cute! I'm glad you posted your crust recipe, because I've been wanting to make homemade pizza again, since I didn't love my last attempt. I used a no-rise dough last time, and it was fine but not great. I realized I just need to buck up and do it the real way.
