Kabobs are so fun during the grilling season. There's a million combinations you can do. Here's my favorite way to do them.- Chicken, cut into large chunks and marinated in Mr. Yoshidas marinade (Costco)
- Fresh pineapple wedges (there is nothing better then grilled pineapple!)
- Yellow, orange, and green pepper slices
- Purple onion wedges
Soak your wooden bamboo skewers and stack everything on then grill on medium heat turning frequently. Be careful not to over cook.
