Two of my favorite things this time of year come together in this great combination - Peppermint & Eggnog! We served this at our Christmas party for Bret's seminary students. It was a big hit even amongst those who do not care for Eggnog.
1/4 to 1/2 gallon Peppermint Ice Cream
1 qt (4 cups) Sprite
1 qt Eggnog
Garnish with whipping cream and crushed peppermints. Serve while ice cream is soft but not melted.
This sounds like my kind of drink! I love eggnog mixed with Sprite.
