2 (3 oz) pkgs Raspberry Jello
1 cup sugar
1 cup light cream
1 pkg unflavored gelatin
1 Tbsp vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
1 (15 oz) boysenberry or blueberry pie filling
Layer 1: 1 pkg of jello, 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup cold water. Set.
Layer 2: Dissolve unflavored gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water. Heat but don't boil sugar, cream, vanilla, and cream cheese. Combine gelatin with sugar mixture in a blender and let cool then spread on 1st layer.
Layer 3: Combine 1 pkg of jello, 1 cup boiing water and pie filling in a bowl. Let set partially then layer on top of the 2nd layer after the 2nd layer is well set. Refrigerate.
