1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried parsley
4 medium (or 2 large) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 Tbsp butter or 2 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsp lime juice
In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme and parsley. Sprinkle spice mixture generously on both sides of chicken breasts. In another small bowl melt butter and add garlic powder and lime juice.
Grill chicken on medium heat basting occasionally with the butter, garlic, lime mixture.
