I made this for a baby shower. It comes from the Lion House Desserts cookbook. The picture in the cookbook looks much better, but everyone seemed to love it.
1/2 gallon pineapple sherbet
1 1/2 Cups frozen raspberries
3/4 Cup frozen blueberries
3/4 Cup frozen boysenberries
2 to 3 bananas, peeled and mashed
1/2 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda
Soften sherbet and partially thaw fruit. Spoon sherbet into large serving bowl. Add fruits and mashed bananas and stir just till blended. Stir in soda a little at a time to keep slushy consistency. Serve immediately by spooning into punch cups.
**TIP - I found at Walmart a bag of assorted frozen berries that I used.
