This is my favorite recipe for turkey burgers passed along from Bret's mom who has taught me a lot about good healthy cooking. These turkey burgers are fast to make and very flavorful with the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. I like to eat them on a bun with a little Ranch dressing and some spinach leaves. I believe the recipe is a Rachael Ray recipe.
1 lb. ground turkey breast
1 clove garlic, finely chopped and grated
3 to 4 sundried tomatoes, reconstituted for a few minutes in a bowl of hot water and chopped
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Mix ingredients all together and shape into burgers. Grill until cooked through.
This looks yummy. We'll add it to Dad's grilling specialties.
