Crust:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 20 squares)
2 Tbsp sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
Crush graham crackers, add butter and sugar, and press into a 8" pie pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese (low-fat works great)
1/2 cup sugar
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
Beat Cream Cheese until smooth. Add sugar and Cool Whip. Pour into cooled pie crust. Refrigerate until ready to serve then top with your favorite fruit pie filling.
